The Victorian Manor

The Victorian Manor is a small manor house in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, with nine rooms spread across a main building and a garden. You choose between one Master Suite and four Victorian Suites in the house itself, or two standalone Villas — each with a private plunge pool — and two Casas, each with two king or twin rooms. Nine rooms in total keeps the property close to a private house in scale. It opened in 2023 as part of the Bayete Collection and is decorated throughout with an eclectic mix of statues and artwork.

Every room has a king or convertible twin bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, tea and coffee, and a private balcony or verandah. The Master Suite adds a dressing room and bidet. Some Victorian Suites have a private balcony.

Breakfast is included in all rates and is served from the private kitchen as a continental buffet with à la carte options, using locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen accommodates vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. Lunch and dinner are available on request from a seasonal menu. The bar runs throughout the day, and the property has a pool, a TV room, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

An on-site activity desk arranges helicopter flights over the falls, river and sunset cruises, game drives, guided walks, canoeing, horse riding, and other excursions. An airport shuttle and laundry service are both available.
