Top of the World Apartments is a gated cluster of five units set on Glasgow Hill, above the coast north of Castries. The property holds one four-bedroom villa, a two-bedroom penthouse, and three one-bedroom townhouse-style apartments, arranged to take in views across what locals call the Seven Hills of Marisule. Marisule Beach lies five minutes away. Rodney Bay, with its marina, shops and restaurants, sits a short drive further on.
Each unit has its own kitchen, a living and dining area, and an en suite bathroom, furnished in a Caribbean style with air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. The villa has its own pool. Guests in the apartments and penthouse share a large pool on site. Housekeeping runs six days a week, and parking is provided for each unit.
Self-catering is straightforward, with local shops and supermarkets nearby stocking tropical fruit, fish and spices; guests can also arrange a private cook for meals taken in the villa or apartment. Beyond the gates, the coast offers horse riding, sailing, kayaking and jet skiing, with George FL Charles Airport ten minutes away and Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa two minutes down the road. It suits both a short break and a longer stay.
