Ground-floor life centres on a lounge the hotel calls its Living Room, fitted with lodge-style furniture and a fireplace, and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from a menu built for varied tastes. The breakfast buffet runs on request, with unlimited coffee and tea included. It is not a city-centre address. The train into central Amsterdam takes about six minutes, and a tram journey runs closer to twenty. Private parking sits on site, though spaces are limited and cannot be booked ahead.
