Valentines Resort & Marina Harbour Island

Valentines is a resort and working marina at the centre of Dunmore Town, on Bay Street, where the harbour that gives Harbour Island its name meets a row of suites and townhouses built with a nod to the settlement's older architecture. It holds the largest yacht marina on the island, with berths for vessels up to 200 feet, so the dock and the guest rooms share the same stretch of waterfront. Accommodation ranges from a 753-square-foot King Studio to two-bedroom townhouses across two floors, sleeping up to eight. Bathrooms are marble, with soaking tubs and walk-in showers; kitchens come full or partial, depending on room type. Rooster Tail Bar & Grill serves seafood by the water, and a dive centre, PADI-rated, works out of the marina itself. Pink Sand Beach is a ten-minute walk. You can watch boats dock from a private balcony over the pool and gardens, then walk to the same water for a swim. Dunmore Town's cottages and small galleries sit just beyond the property line, close enough for an evening stroll.
