Valsabbion

Valsabbion is a small hotel built on one idea: that a stay should feel personal, not processed. Set above the water in Pula, it holds eleven individually designed rooms and suites, each finished with its own layout and outlook rather than a repeated template. The Junior Suite opens onto a large terrace. The Premier Sea View Suite looks straight out at open water, and the Penthouse suite goes further, with its own indoor pool, sauna and terrace facing the sea. Rooms come with air conditioning, a workspace, Wi-Fi, a minibar and a seating area, and breakfast can be taken in-room. Guests can also stay across the hotel's other addresses in Pula's historic centre, including suites in Villa Munz and a studio with its own garden. A pool, a spa and wellness centre round out the facilities on site, along with a bar and snack bar. The kitchen works from local and traditional ingredients, reworked into modern dishes for breakfast and beyond. Outside the hotel, guests can arrange transfers, hire bicycles or scooters, or head out by boat, kayak or paddleboard along the Adriatic coast. Truffle hunting is offered as an excursion. It is a small, design-driven hotel rather than a resort, built around service that notices the detail.
