The villa is only 10 minutes’ walk to Seminyak Beach, Legian and to the International Airport is only a 20-minute drive away.

The spacious living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, 52’ LCD television, fan in the middle, and also air conditioned, followed by the fantastic open kitchen and from both spaces you can enter the swimming pool area via the folding doors. The villa features large windows, ensuring that there is lots of light everywhere. The kitchen is equipped with spotlights and the guests can join you while preparing a meal, by having a drink at the bar chairs.

Decorated in a modern style, this villa is perfect for families and groups, who wish to enjoy the peaceful area of Seminyak. All the beds within this villa have been carefully selected by the owner and suit the requirements of people with back pain. Furthermore, there is plenty storage space for your stuff. The rooms have very nice tiled floors and the walls are decorated with nice paintings.

This property has 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor; one has a king-size bed and the other room has two separate beds, which together can form one king size. The rooms are all equipped with an en-suite bathroom, safety box and air conditioning.

A beautiful long staircase will take you up to the second floor where you are surprised with a pool table on the landing. There is one large room with two separate beds, which you can make into one this bedroom also has its own bathroom. The last, the master bedroom has a king-size bed as well, with a television and a sofa in it. The bathroom is accessed by walking through the walk-in closet and is equipped with a bathtub. All bathrooms in Villa Alaya are equipped with hot and cold water.
