Villa Annette

Rabac's bay unfolds below Hotel Villa Annette, which sits on a sheltered stretch of hillside with a clear line of sight to the islands of Cres, Lošinj and Unije. The Peršić family opened the hotel in 2004 and still runs it, a detail that shapes the whole stay: breakfast leans on Istrian produce, and the terrace pours the hotel's own olive oil. It is a small property. Twelve suites are split across three types, Classic, Comfort and Family, the largest with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests. Each has a terrace facing the sea, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A pool and jacuzzi sit in the garden, alongside the terrace where breakfast, lunch and light afternoon dishes are served. You can walk down to Rabac's harbour or to Maslinica Beach in under fifteen minutes, both roughly 900 metres away; St Andrea Beach is a kilometre off, and Girandella Beach 1.5 km. From the terrace, the view runs from the rooftops of Rabac out across Kvarner bay toward the islands.
