Villa Shpetimi

Built to put guests within walking distance of Ksamil's sand, Villa Shpetimi sits inland from Paradise Beach by about 500 metres, in the stretch of southern Albania's coast known for its clear, shallow water. The property runs a restaurant and bar alongside its rooms, and breakfast comes as continental or buffet. Eight room categories cover the range, from an 18 m² standard double to a family room with a bunk bed and sofa bed, up to a penthouse apartment of 85 m² that sleeps up to seven. One double room has its own jacuzzi. Rooms carry air conditioning, a balcony, and a private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries; several have marble tile floors and a kitchen. It is a short walk to more than one beach. Ksamil Beach, Lori Beach and Puerto Rico Beach all sit within 1.2 km, and Butrint National Park is close by. Corfu International Airport lies 49 km south, making a day trip across the water a plausible outing. Staff speak English, and the front desk runs around the clock. You can hear the coast from the balcony on a still evening, though the town itself, not wilderness, is what surrounds the villa. Check-in starts at 1pm.
