Villas Coco Beach
Two garden villas and one beach villa at Anse Kerlan, Praslin
Anse Kerlan, on Praslin's north-west corner, is where Villas Coco Beach was built in 2018, a short run from the airport and the Constance Lemuria golf course next door. The property holds three villas in a garden setting: two are two-bedroom units set near the entrance, each with its own entrance and no shared spaces between them. The third, a three-bedroom beach villa, sits at the far end of the plot with its own 10 x 5 metre infinity pool, a wide deck, an outdoor kitchen, and a sea view from the open living area. The garden villas have no sea view, but a walk of about 150 metres through the garden gets guests to a west-facing beach with loungers set up for sunset. A bus stop on the main road outside runs to Vallée de Mai and across the island, and the supermarket, butcher and a local fisherman are within a minute's walk. Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio are reachable on foot for those willing to hike. Kitchens run to Bosch or Siemens appliances, with a Nespresso machine in each villa. Check-in runs from 2pm. Daily housekeeping covers every day but Sunday and public holidays, a small but telling detail for a self-catering stay.
