Villas Du Voyageur

Set right at the sand's edge, Villas Du Voyageur occupies the far end of Anse Kerlan on Cap Jean Marie, on Praslin's northwest coast. There are two villas only, both elevated and self-catering, each with two bedrooms and private en-suite bathrooms. The Indian Ocean is the view from both. Natural vegetation surrounds the property, and the beach itself begins at the door, where guests snorkel, surf, fish, or comb the tideline for shells. The drive to the airport takes five minutes; a supermarket, souvenir shops, and restaurants sit nearby, and a rental car makes the rest of the island's coastline reachable within a day. The property is family-run: Dagmar, who has lived in Seychelles for three decades, owns it, with her daughter Natalie and Natalie's husband Marcel running the day-to-day. Housekeeping is daily, Wi-Fi is free, and breakfast can be arranged. It is a compact stay, built for privacy over scale. Evenings settle around the same beachfront view that opens each morning, and from the terrace you can watch the sun go down over the water with a drink in hand. There is no restaurant or bar beyond the villas themselves, only the sea, the sand, and the household running it.
