Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park Horseback Riding + Buggy

Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park runs a combined horseback and off-road buggy tour about ten minutes from Jacó Beach and Los Sueños Resort in Provincia de Puntarenas. The two activities run in sequence, giving you a half-day that covers ground on horseback, on foot, and behind the wheel of a 4x4.

The horseback section takes roughly forty-five minutes up into the mountains on trails that pass rivers and muddy forest roads. At the ridge, you dismount and hike down to natural swimming pools fed by waterfalls — guides describe the pools as suitable for swimming, conditions permitting.

The buggy portion follows. At the adventure center, a bilingual guide walks you through driving instructions, and you complete a test circuit on the park's private track before heading out. From there the route runs along jungle trails, alongside rivers, and through stretches of soft mud — two-seat 4x4 vehicles, so one person drives and one passenger rides along. Guides carry cold water during the ride. Fresh fruit and water are waiting at the end.

The park supplies all necessary gear for both activities. Guides are bilingual throughout.
