Arriving by the upper hills of Fira, guests reach the villas through the Catholica neighbourhood, tucked among the island's neoclassical houses on the caldera's rim. Three villas make up the property, each carved into the rock face with its own private heated pool. Kivotos Villa spans 127 m² across two bedrooms, sleeps four, and holds a cave pool along with an indoor hammam. Noah Villa sits on the second level, at 67 m², with an infinity pool and a king bed built from stone. Mare Villa is the smallest, at 32 m², with the same Dionysian marble floors and infinity pool, suited to two guests. All three share designer toiletries by Apivita, Nespresso machines, and marble sink vanities cut by hand. It is a compact set of villas. Fira town, with its shops and restaurants, lies a short walk from the front door, though the sense from the terrace is of distance from all of it. You can watch the sun drop behind the volcano from a sunbed at the pool's edge, the Aegean running blue beneath the cliff. Daily cleaning, a concierge, and breakfast served privately are included; wine tours, sailing trips, and private dinners can be arranged on request.
