The hotel stands at the entrance to Soldeu, directly across from the Incles Valley, with the Grandvalira ski sector close by. It is a four-star property built for a mountain routine: ski storage at the door in winter, free bike rental in summer, and a terrace used for barbecues and guided-hike lunches through the warmer months. Fifty-six rooms are fitted with individually controlled air conditioning, satellite LCD televisions, safes and minibars; the Deluxe rooms run to 30m2 and take up to four guests, while the Premium doubles and triples add mountain views through their windows. Bathrooms come with hairdryers and a bathrobe as standard.

The spa is reserved for guests only. It holds a Turkish bath, a giant jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, water massage beds and a gym, plus a massage service for after a day on the slopes or trails. A buffet restaurant looks out over the valley, and the hotel runs its own seasonal programme, Galanthus Xperience, with yoga sessions, wine tastings, live music and guided walks. You can borrow a bike straight from reception and be on a trail within minutes. Andorra la Vella is a short drive off, useful for shopping trips between mountain days. Access from Spain runs via La Seu d'Urgell and the border crossing; from France, via Pas de la Casa and the Envalira pass.
