Five-storey hotel in central Shiraz, steps from the Karim Khan citadel
Skip to product information
Zandiyeh Hotel is a five-storey property set in the old quarter of Shiraz. The Karim Khan citadel stands two minutes away, and the Zand Royal Palace and the city's blue-tiled mosque are both within view of the building. A covered market known for local craft work lies close by, useful for an afternoon away from the rooms. Inside, rooms and suites run from Double and Twin through Business Suite to the Zandiyeh Suite, the top category, which has its own balcony and a jacuzzi and looks out toward the Quran Gate on one side and the citadel on the other. Every room gets Wi-Fi, tea-making kit, a minibar and round-the-clock room service. The hotel keeps a Persian bath on site, along with an indoor pool, sauna, gym and a small travel desk that arranges tours, transfers and visas. Dining runs across a few rooms: a traditional restaurant painted with scenes from Persian history, a courtyard restaurant lit at night beside a running water feature, and a lobby lounge and coffee shop for something plainer. Two function rooms, Golestan and Boostan, take up to 150 and 180 guests and are fitted for conferences as well as weddings. It is a compact, workable base for exploring Shiraz on foot.
