Built for guests who cook, work, and actually settle in

Set in Ørestad, on the Metro's M1 line two minutes' walk from DR Byen station, Zoku Copenhagen works as much like an apartment block as a hotel. The building holds 160 Lofts, each a private split-level space rather than a standard room. A Zoku Loft runs 25 m² and centres on a four-person table instead of the bed, with a full kitchen, king-size bed, sofa, and storage built in. Larger versions extend the idea: the Loft XL adds gym rings, and the Loft XXL, at 40 m², adds a second bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom for groups of up to four. A separate Movie Room fits a projector screen before the bed and is wheelchair accessible, while the compact Zoku Room, at 16 m², suits a short stop with a queen bed and private bath. Above it all, a fifth-floor rooftop stays open around the clock. It holds a restaurant, a bar, a coworking space, meeting rooms, and a garden terrace, so residents can work or eat without leaving the building. You can do laundry downstairs, swap the art on your wall, or grab basics from the shared pantry. Copenhagen Airport is 15 minutes away by metro, Central Station about 10. It is a stay built around living rather than sleeping.
