Beds are handmade king-sized lighted pedestal frames. Bathrooms are lined in Italian marble with Bvlgari amenities and deep soaking tubs in the suite categories. Floors are covered in Tai Ping one-hundred-percent wool carpets. Select suites have a private landscaped terrace with outdoor furniture.
The Garden restaurant occupies the ground floor beneath the hotel's main lobby, with tables placed around large African Acacia trees and beside floor-to-ceiling windows; it serves breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch using locally sourced ingredients. The Ty Bar runs an art deco room with a custom-barrel bourbon made exclusively for it by Hudson Bourbon, alongside classic cocktails, craft beers, and a seasonal food menu.
The spa covers four thousand five hundred square feet. The fitness centre is open around the clock. An airport shuttle and room service are available.
