Set in a French classical villa in El Korba, Heliopolis, the 1920s Boutique Hotel occupies a building erected in 1920 by Jacob Yacoubian, head of the Armenian community in Egypt and the figure behind the Yacoubian Building novel and film. The property stands ten to 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport and 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Cairo. Nine rooms and one suite provide air conditioning, WiFi, television, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, and private bathroom. Each room carries a distinct interior. A fitness centre and sauna serve in-house guests.

Six restaurants operate on the premises. Carlo's, a 26-year-old restaurant, serves Egyptian and Lebanese dishes alongside international cuisine. IL Divino Pizzeria offers wood-oven pizza made in-house. The Smokery provides fine dining with live entertainment. Pinchos Spanish Tapas Bar serves Spanish small plates and larger dishes. EL Barrio and OX, a Texas-themed restobar with live shows, complete the line-up. An inner courtyard anchors the property. The hotel provides limousine service, parking, and a 24-hour front desk. Baron's Palace, City Stars Shopping Center, and the museums of Heliopolis lie within range.
