Carolea Villas & Restaurant

Set among centuries-old olive groves above Valdanos Bay on Montenegro's southern coast, Carolea Villas opened in 2024 as a small property three minutes by road from the water. The groves shelter the villas and frame views toward the bay and mountains beyond. Four accommodation types occupy the site: Standard Double rooms measure 19 m², Doubles with Terrace span 22 m², Family Double rooms offer 50 m² with two beds, and the Deluxe Suite comprises a separate bedroom, living room, and private entrance across 50 m². Each room includes air conditioning, soundproofing, satellite television, and a private bathroom. Terraces open onto the olive groves.

The on-site restaurant serves Mediterranean and local dishes influenced by Italian techniques, prepared with regional ingredients. Black truffle risotto appears alongside plates of Montenegrin cheeses, Ulcinj olives, and grilled seafood. A swimming pool sits within the grounds. Valdanos Bay lies below the property; the Old Town of Ulcinj stands five minutes inland by car. The property arranges airport transfers. Staff work a 24-hour front desk.
