Spread across 7,000 acres in La Romana, Casa de Campo houses private villas alongside guest rooms and suites distributed across gardens and golf-course land. Pete Dye designed three golf courses totalling 90 holes; Teeth of the Dog sits on the coast. The resort opened with a focus on golf, equestrian facilities, and villa accommodation. Each villa includes a private pool, landscaped garden, and golf cart for transport within the grounds. Garden Villas sleep nine across three bedrooms; Oceanfront Villas range from four to twelve bedrooms and add butler service to the maid service standard across all categories. Daily breakfast is prepared in each villa. The property includes a marina, a shooting centre covering 250 acres, an equestrian centre that hosts polo tournaments, and 13 tennis courts. Three beaches lie within the estate. Altos de Chavón — a reconstructed hillside village with stone arcades and a 5,000-seat amphitheatre — stands above the Chavón River. Eight restaurants operate on-site; La Piazzetta serves pasta and wood-fired pizza. A fitness centre overlooks the resort grounds, and a spa operates in a standalone building. Supervised programmes for children from age one to seventeen run daily. You receive a golf cart with every room and villa reservation.
