Hagi serves traditional and modern Japanese cuisine, from sushi and sashimi cut fresh at the counter to tempura and teppanyaki cooked at the table. The kitchen builds its menu around seasonal ingredients, and chefs work the teppanyaki grills within view of diners. Seating for one hundred spans both indoor and garden areas, with vegetarian and vegan dishes included on the menu. It opens in the evening only, on the resort's ground floor.
