Cha Cha Metsi sits on the Santantadibe River inside the Okavango Delta, where open water channels, papyrus-edged islands, and seasonal floodplains spread in every direction. The camp holds six tented rooms, built on wooden decks in classic Meru canvas style, each with an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub, and a separate outdoor shower. Two of the six are family tents, large enough for two adults and two children, with views across the Delta from the deck.

The surrounding area carries a wide range of wildlife. Giraffe, elephant, buffalo, hippo, zebra, and impala move through the channels and open ground around camp and are regularly seen on game drives and game walks. Mokoro excursions — the flat-bottomed dugout canoes that are the quietest way to read the Delta's waterways — go out from camp, as do night drives and guided walking safaris. Horse riding is available for experienced riders.

Dining is communal, with a menu drawn from African cuisine and local ingredients. The camp also has a pool, a bar, and a small splash pool for children. Laundry is handled in camp, and the property carries complimentary Wi-Fi where mobile connectivity allows.

Access to the Okavango Delta typically involves a light aircraft transfer, as road access to most Delta camps is limited by seasonal flooding.
