Kingfisher River Chalet

Set apart as the fifth and furthest of the River Chalets, this one offers the most privacy along the water's edge. Old teak floors run underfoot, and a king-size bed sits near gauze-screened windows that let in air and light while framing the river. The en-suite bathroom holds a mosaic-tiled tub with a showerhead, while a separate outdoor shower under the trees invites bathing beneath open sky at night. A private deck looks over the Zambezi, where hippos pass by in the early morning. Roll-down blinds add privacy when wanted. It sleeps two guests.
