Arriving at Coco Palm Resort places you in Rodney Bay Village, the centre of Saint Lucia's north-coast entertainment district. The property comprises 103 rooms split between two buildings. The four-storey Palm building holds 83 rooms and suites; a separate two-storey Kreole block stands closer to the village bars and restaurants and contains 20 older rooms with courtyard or village views. Main-building rooms on the second and third floors face the garden or pool; some pool-facing rooms include partial sea views. Ground-floor Sundeck Suites open through French doors onto private patios beside the pool or gardens. Fourth-floor Luxury and Executive Suites contain a master bedroom, separate living area, two bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, and views across the pool to Rodney Bay Marina and the Caribbean Sea. Selected Executive Suites add a Victorian bathtub. All rooms include air conditioning, wireless internet, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, dual-voltage outlets, and granite vanity tops. Ti Bananne Caribbean Bistro & Bar operates from 7 am to 11 pm, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with live entertainment on selected evenings. An oasis-style pool occupies the central grounds. Reduit Beach lies on Reduit Beach Avenue; Pigeon Island National Landmark sits 5 km north. The resort is family-owned and remains under the stewardship of the Chastanet family, whose founding members secured the Rodney Bay land decades before the area developed into its current form.
