Copamarina Beach Resort & Spa occupies a half-mile private beach in Guánica on Puerto Rico's southwestern coast. The property spreads across 20 acres of tropical gardens and comprises 104 guestrooms and suites plus two three-bedroom villas. Deluxe garden-view and ocean-view rooms are configured with one king or two doubles; renovated garden-view and ocean-view rooms carry two queens or one king. Renovated oceanfront rooms face the Caribbean directly. Paradise Suites, found on the first and second floors, offer views over both gardens and sea. Signature Suites provide a larger footprint. Each three-bedroom villa includes a full kitchen and wraparound balcony; maximum occupancy is eight guests per villa.

All accommodations open onto a furnished balcony or patio. En-suite bathrooms supply premium toiletries. Rooms are equipped with flat-screen television, in-room safe, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and wireless internet access. Las Palmas Restaurant serves breakfast and farm-to-table lunch and dinner overlooking the Caribbean. Ni Spa operates from a dedicated building on the grounds. Watersports equipment is available through the resort, and the beach fronts calm bay water suitable for snorkelling. Scuba Dogs runs two-tank dive excursions and snorkelling trips from the property. The resort maintains 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
