Sundowner Walk

The walk climbs a hill behind the lodge to a viewing platform above the mopane woodland of Damaraland. The draw is timing: guests arrive as the sun drops, watching the light change over the trees and the surrounding hills. Drinks are brought up to the platform and charged to the room, so there's little to carry on the way. It's a short, guided outing rather than a long trek, built around one clear payoff — the view as the woodland is lit gold, then fades to dusk.
