The dining room looks out over Nahuel Huapi Lake through a wide arc of window, with paintings by realist artist Juan Lascano on the walls. Chef Gabriel Salinas changes the menu between summer and winter, working with regional produce. Alongside the main courses there are vegetarian, gluten-free and children's options, plus pastries at breakfast. A wine cellar holds a broad range of still and sparkling labels to match the food. The restaurant has its own separate entrance and, unlike the rest of the hotel, is open to non-guests for lunch or dinner.
