Set on a rocky outcrop in the Loisaba Conservancy, four open-air sleeping platforms command views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole used by elephant, buffalo, and plains game. Each handcrafted four-poster bed on wheels rolls out onto a raised wooden deck at night, where guests sleep under the sky. Three double platforms and one family platform — the latter with two beds on separate decks — occupy individual positions among the natural rock features of the kopje. Open-plan bathrooms incorporate the existing granite boulders, with solar-heated showers, flush lavatories, and basins facing the valley. A thatched sitting room with a log fire, an outdoor verandah, and a shared dining area serve as communal spaces. Samburu and Laikipiak Maasai warriors welcome guests and provide hosting throughout the stay.
