Etosha Safari Camp Gondwana Collection Namibia
Established as part of the Gondwana Collection, Etosha Safari Camp sits under mopane trees ten kilometres south of Andersson Gate on the C38 road. The camp comprises fifty chalets: thirty-seven twin rooms, three triple rooms, and ten family rooms. Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, and a small veranda. Family rooms are fitted with double bunk beds and accommodate two adults and two children under thirteen.
The Okambashu restaurant and Oshebeena bar occupy the main lodge area, decorated with local bric-a-brac in the style of a southern African shebeen. A circular cold-water swimming pool lies in the courtyard. The Etosha Boys perform live music with guitars during evening hours. A curio shop, secure parking, and mobile connectivity are available on site. Wireless internet is complimentary.
Guided half-day and full-day drives depart for Etosha National Park through Andersson Gate. Guests may also explore the park independently by vehicle. A guided walk of two to three-and-a-half kilometres threads through the mopane woodland, covering indigenous plants, birds, and animal tracks. The camp offers laundry service and an activity desk. Staff speak English and Afrikaans. Security operates nightly.
