Fairmont Kea Lani Maui
Fairmont Kea Lani sits directly on the beach in Wailea, on Maui's south shore. Every room is a suite or a villa — there are no standard hotel rooms. That single fact shapes the stay: you have a private lanai, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a dual-sink vanity as the baseline, regardless of which category you book.
Suites are one-bedroom and run from garden and Haleakalā-facing rooms through partial ocean views to full ocean view and corner configurations. The Kilohana Corner Suites reach one thousand one hundred square feet and wrap a lanai around two sides. All suites include a Nespresso machine and are furnished for both families and couples; connecting rooms are available in select categories.
The villas are a separate structure, gated and set close to the water. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations are available, each with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, a gated courtyard, and a private plunge pool. The two-bedroom oceanfront villas face the beach directly; ocean view villas are a short walk from the water. Villa guests receive a daily breakfast buffet for up to four people included in the stay.
On-site amenities include a spa, pool, yoga, and multiple dining and bar venues. The resort is in Wailea, a planned resort community on Maui's leeward coast, which keeps the weather reliably dry and the water calm for most of the year.
