Set on white sand at West Bay Beach in Roatán, Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa occupies a low-rise site at the edge of the world's second-largest barrier reef. Four restaurants serve dishes from seafood to steak; a swim-up bar operates at the beachfront infinity pool. Guided snorkelling and diving reach the reef directly offshore.
