Greenvale Park Villas by Coastalbliss occupies a hillside in Chloraka, on the Paphos coast of Cyprus. Eleven villas completed in 2024 spread across the slope; each holds three bedrooms, a ground-floor open-plan kitchen and living area, and an upstairs terrace that faces the Mediterranean.

Deluxe and Superior villas offer heated pools from November through April. Premium villas occupy corner positions shielded by garden planting; Premium Bungalows are built on one level with step-free access and the largest living areas on the property. Standard villas deliver the same core layout—designer furniture, private pool, sea-view terrace—in a more compact footprint. All villas include air conditioning, washing machines, and kitchen equipment. Bathrooms stock hairdryers and toiletries.

The neighbourhood sits five minutes by car from the nearest beach; downtown Paphos lies ten minutes in the opposite direction. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets cluster within the same radius. A coastal cycling path runs from Paphos harbour to Cape St George. On-site parking is provided, and check-in operates via self-service code.
