An hour’s boat ride away, visit the stunning Nosy Iranja on a full day excursion. Known for its turquoise waters and pristine white beaches. At low tide, you can walk across the famous sandbank connecting Nosy Iranja’s two isles. Depending on the season you might be able to see turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. hawksbill turtles, typically nest from October to April, and green turtles from June to September. From July to November you are able to see humpback whales migrating along the route.
