The 16th-arrondissement hotel on rue Félicien David holds Classique rooms at 17 m² with queen-size beds and either shower or bath. Supérieure rooms span 18 m² with the same configuration; a Supérieure Terrasse variant adds an outdoor terrace. Deluxe rooms at 20 m² include smart televisions and coffee machines. The 35 m² Suite Terrasse Jacuzzi holds a king-size bed, sofa bed, terrace, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Adjacent rooms pair two Classique units for four guests across 34 m².
All rooms include air conditioning, safe, desk, Alessi kettle, Terre de Mars amenities, robes, and slippers. Each reservation includes a 45-minute private spa slot—pool, hammam, sauna—bookable in advance. A fitness room operates on site. The bar serves drinks; room service runs midday to late evening. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Mirabeau métro station on Line 10 lies closest; Jasmin station on Line 9 connects to Trocadéro, the Champs-Élysées, and the Arc de Triomphe. The Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro sit within walking range. The hotel holds European Ecolabel certification and sources renewable energy.
