Built as a large glasshouse, the dining room and its terraces look out over the Vilcanota River and the forested mountains that rise around Aguas Calientes. Inside, the space holds eighteen tables and seats up to seventy guests, with tables set for groups of four; larger parties move to the property's Café Inkaterra instead. Meals run through the day, from early breakfast to lunch, an afternoon tea, a cocktail hour and dinner. Arriving guests are asked to book a table on arrival rather than in advance. The room works equally as a daytime lookout over the valley or an evening bar before dinner.
