Excursions

Across the hotel's five-hectare reserve of cloud forest, marked trails lead to streams and sites of historic and spiritual significance to the Andean world. Excursions are graded into three levels — easy, moderate and difficult — so travellers can pick a route matching their fitness and time. A trained Inkaterra guide accompanies each outing, working in Spanish or English, with other languages available on request. Activities of the same length can usually be swapped for one another, and some require booking ahead or carry an extra charge. Options range from short walks to longer, more demanding treks.
