Insika Lodge sits on Parkway Drive near the national park gate, three and a half kilometres from Victoria Falls and about a hundred and fifty metres back from the Zambezi. The property is not in town, which means it is quieter and has room to spread: the dining area, bar and deck are open-plan, and the grounds have space between buildings.

The lodge holds forty rooms in two categories. Twenty-six Luxury rooms are twenty-eight square metres each, with garden views, king-size beds convertible to twins, en-suite bath and shower, bar fridge, and a patio with outdoor furniture. Fourteen Signature rooms are forty-two square metres each, facing the stream or the waterhole, each opening onto a veranda. Seven pairs of interleading rooms — fourteen rooms in total — are configured for families. All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and tea and coffee facilities.

The standout feature is a private waterhole and salt lick set below the horizon pool at the front of the property, which draws elephant, antelope, and other game through the unfenced land facing the lodge. On-site facilities include a spa with massages and secure parking. The activity desk arranges the full range of Victoria Falls experiences: sunset river cruises, helicopter flights, white-water rafting, rhino tracking, game walks, and more. The lodge is also developing its own jetty on the Zambezi with two sunset cruise boats.

Airport transfers are available on request.
