One of six overwater villas built for the view: Mount Otemanu rising across the lagoon, seen from a king-size bed (twins on request) set before a large picture window. Sixty-five square metres indoors plus a thirty-square-metre terrace over the water. The living room has a glass coffee table set above the lagoon, so tropical fish are visible below. Décor is contemporary, with Polynesian design touches throughout. Rooms come with a bath and shower, air conditioning cooled by the ocean, Wi-Fi, satellite television, a safe, and laundry service. The effect is understated rather than showy, built around the mountain outside.
