Jao Camp – Guided Nature Walks
On foot through Jao Reserve, tracking the small details
Skip to product information
Guided nature walks trade the vehicle for a slower pace, putting guests on the ground among tracks, plants, insects, and birdlife easy to miss from a car. Outings often head to Hunda Island, where drier stretches of the year draw wildlife and improve the odds of good sightings. An experienced walking guide leads each excursion, shaping the route and pace around who's along and what conditions allow. Because it depends on weather, terrain, animal movement, and having a qualified guide free, this is a seasonal activity that must be booked ahead. Age limits apply, and the guide has final say on who joins.
