Kaazi Beach Resort

Set on Lake Victoria's shore in Kampala, Kaazi Beach Resort lies 30 minutes by road from Entebbe Airport. Eighteen rooms occupy the building; all open onto balconies with direct views of the bay. Single, double, twin, and triple configurations are offered. Each room is self-contained with television and minibar. The bay below attracts resident waterbirds.

Two restaurants operate from different levels. The upper-floor restaurant includes an enclosed dining area and an adjoining terrace; the ground-floor space holds a bar, lounge, and terrace partly covered and partly open. Continental dishes form the menu base, with an emphasis on fresh vegetables served alongside each main course. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Any section of either restaurant may be hired for private functions.

A 40-metre outdoor pool sits within the grounds. The wellness centre includes a gym and steam room. Two conference rooms are available for meetings. The property also maintains a playground, sandpit, children's pool, zip line, and small farm for younger guests. Boat trips onto the lake can be arranged through the hotel.
