The Wellness Centre gives refuge from the midday heat, with a spa pool to cool off in and treatments from Kateka's wellness team. Mornings begin on the rooftop yoga deck as the sun rises and birds wake over the bush, or with a session in the F45 gym. Signature therapies include an infrared sauna with a Himalayan salt floor and the Himalayan Hot Stone Massage, using heated stones for a detoxifying, grounding effect. Homemade kombucha supports the gut-health side of things. Elephants sometimes drink at the nearby dam while guests recover from treatment, a reminder of where you are.
