Yoga Momentum

Sessions run with a yoga instructor, either at Garzacocha Lagoon or in the lodge's dedicated Yoga House, both set within the rainforest surrounds of La Selva. The choice of setting shapes the mood: open water and birdsong at the lagoon, or a quieter, covered space at the Yoga House. Sessions can be paired with a cacao ceremony at Mandi Cocha Lake, combining movement with a slower, ritual pause. The Yoga House itself has a lounge area, deck, fan and shower, suited to resting before or after practice. No fixed class times or group sizes are specified.
