Wine Tasting

Guests staying at Casa Hydra can arrange a wine tasting through Copper & Stone, whose climate-controlled cellar, the Cava, holds more than 250 wines and spirits sourced from the United States, Europe and South America. Guided sessions are arranged with wine professionals in Costa Rica and run either inside the Cava or at another spot around Las Catalinas town. Seven distinct tasting experiences are on offer, each built around a selection of internationally recognised wines. It is a couple of hours away from the Guanacaste heat, built around tasting rather than touring.
