The building holds ten rooms: eight Superior Suites of forty-five square metres each, and two Pool Suites at seventy square metres. The Superior Suites have a separate shower, bath and toilet, and a complimentary mini bar with snacks. The Pool Suites add a private plunge pool, a courtyard, and a separate lounge area; they can sleep two children between six and eleven years old on two single beds.

The guest lounge opens onto a poolside patio and courtyard built around a full-sized swimming pool. The dining room sits adjacent, with large windows facing the same outdoor space. A self-service residents' bar is available at any hour. The rooftop patio gives views across the valley and is the quieter option for an evening drink away from the main terrace.
