Le Jadis sits in Turtle Bay, a sheltered cove on the northwest coast of Mauritius near Balaclava in the Pamplemousses District. The property runs under the Banyan Tree hotel group and holds fifty-four suites plus one standalone villa, with thirty-four private pools distributed across the accommodation. The beach is the resort's front edge, and the calm water of the bay makes it usable rather than ornamental.

Suites run from seventy-two square metres in the Luxury Lagoona category — with garden or partial sea views and a private veranda — up to one hundred and eighty square metres in the Luxury Beachfront Pool Suites, which sit steps from the shore and include a hammam and a stone tub alongside the private infinity pool. The Luxury Oceanfront Pool Suites on the upper floors face open ocean and also have hammams. The Imperial Beach Villa covers eight hundred and sixty-five square metres and accommodates up to eight adults alongside children and infants, with multiple pools and indoor and outdoor living areas.

The spa runs hydrotherapy facilities alongside standard treatment rooms. On the water, guests can kayak, sail, water-ski, or go out on jet skis; snorkelling is available directly off the bay. Four restaurants cover dining across the resort. The property incorporates green infrastructure designed to reduce its environmental footprint.
