Swimming Pool - Main Area

The swimming pool sits at the edge of the river gorge, facing the Nile as it churns over granite boulders in white-water rapids below. Loungers line the poolside, giving guests an unbroken view of the rapids and the rainforest canopy beyond. It offers a cool break during the hottest hours, when the midday heat is at its most intense. Mist thrown up by the rapids drifts across the water at times, catching the light. There is no crowd here, no noise but the river itself. It is a place to read, drink in hand, with the Nile as the backdrop.
