Boscia House is an early-1900s farmhouse restored for an intimate, interactive dinner at Tswalu. Guests work through a seven-course tasting menu built around hyper-local, seasonal ingredients drawn from the surrounding Kalahari landscape, each course paired with a selected wine. The setting is deliberately small and personal, a contrast to the reserve's more open-air dining. It reflects Tswalu's wider kitchen philosophy: dishes made from scratch, sourced regionally, and shaped by South African food heritage. The pop-up format means the menu shifts with the season and the chefs' current preoccupations, from springbok venison to pot brood.
