MIXE sits beside the main pool with sightlines to the ocean, and runs breakfast through dinner without a break. Cooking happens in full view: a Josper-style grill, a glass tandoor, a saj oven for flatbreads, and a teppanyaki counter alongside separate corners for Asian and spicy curry dishes. Breakfast opens with a full buffet spread. A dedicated chocolate room lets guests watch pastry chefs at work, and a glass-fronted oven turns out croissants and other viennoiserie, backed by a wide table of desserts. It runs mornings from seven to half ten, and evenings the same hours.
