On Geographe Bay Road between Busselton and Dunsborough, two and a half hours south of Perth, the resort sits beneath peppermint trees across lawned grounds. Self-contained chalets, cabins, two-storey villas, glamping tents, and powered caravan and camping sites accommodate families, couples, and solo travellers. Studio cabins sleep four. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom chalets sleep five to seven depending on configuration; superior versions add extra space, and spa chalets include spa baths. Two-storey villas overlook the central lawn. Beach cottages offer separate accommodation. Powered sites and ensuite powered sites take caravans. An accessible superior chalet and an accessible studio cabin are fitted with ramps and grab rails.

Three swimming pools include an indoor heated pool and an outdoor solar-heated pool. A waterslide runs year-round. Four adventure playgrounds, a jumping pad, and a large playing field spread across the property. The heated games room holds a television, pool table, and table tennis. Covered barbecue areas and a camp kitchen serve guests. Bike hire is available. The resort has a convenience shop, laundry, boat parking, and an ATM. Wireless internet covers the grounds. The property is pet-friendly. You can arrange regional wine tours, cave visits, and coastal walks from the front desk. Busselton Jetty, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, and Ngilgi Cave lie within twenty kilometres.
