Mbano Manor Hotel Victoria Falls

Mbano Manor is a suites-only hotel set among ancient teak trees next to Zambezi National Park, four kilometres from the falls themselves. The forest setting is deliberate: large windows and high ceilings with exposed timber rafters keep the eighteen suites cool and full of natural light, while paired layouts give guests privacy without isolating them entirely from the veranda life of the estate. Eight of the luxury suites are family-friendly, grouped for connection across shared verandas; the rest stand as secluded doubles. The Mutota Forest Villa, opened in 2021, occupies its own corner of the grounds with more than 200 m² of space, a private garden and a plunge pool. Rooms carry mosquito nets, ceiling fans and claw-foot baths, a nod to an older style of travel rather than a themed reconstruction of one. The Bayuni Songbird Retreat, the hotel's spa, sits inside a bird and tree sanctuary on site and pairs treatments with an open-air gym.
