Mma Dinare — the name translates as 'Mother Buffalo' in Setswana — is a tented camp on the Gomoti River inside the Dinare Private Reserve in Botswana's North-West District. The camp runs in partnership with the Sankuyo Community Trust, which gives it access to the private concession: rangers can drive off-road and at night, and that freedom matters when you are tracking lion or leopard after dark.

The camp holds ten tented units in total: nine standard tents and a family tent. Each unit has a private lounge area, an en suite bathroom, and an outdoor shower; a deck at the front adds open-air space for watching the river. The family tent connects two units through a shared entrance, each with its own bathroom. The central area — thatched and open to the surrounding bush — holds a bar, a swimming pool, a safari shop, and a dining and lounge deck raised on stilts above the ground, with a fire pit alongside it. Wildlife comes to the Gomoti River, so the deck gives you sightings without leaving camp.

When seasonal water levels allow, mokoro excursions run through the Okavango Delta channels, moving quietly enough to watch smaller animals along the banks. Guided walks and scenic flights are also available.

More than sixty people employed across the Dinare camps come from Sankuyo village. Revenue channelled through the community trust has funded household water connections and a solar power system for the village.
